Thank you, David for the quick replay. I appreciate it. If you use the standard dashboard for all Password fields if you left click on the password the password is revealed so you can change it. The only place I found to change the login/password was on the MySQL settings page. But that didn't help ...

Mark, As an FYI, I did the upgrade to build 3263 and so far, everything is working properly. I inserted my secret key into the upload.php and then copied that edited file up to my website. Build 3248 is now working after a system reboot. Guess the wisdom holds true that if you've tried everything else, reboot the system!
